Return Policy
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.
European customers can return their products to our European warehouse, US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. Customers from other countries will need to send their products.
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: the European Union or the United States and the rest of the world.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
We guarantee all our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.
