Receptacle, 4 pole, male, this receptacle is mostlikely used as a direct mounted input of a light fixture (by example for observation wheels at the rim light section). The "hole through" receptacle is mounted to the fixture with a rim nut. The rim nut is included in the package.

Receptacle comes prewired and crim connectors (8" wire)
MC1 connectors are the traditional series of electrical connectors for MSL light systems. while systems built from 2014 exclusevely use MC2 connectors, many of the systems build before 2014 are still using the MC1, we still provide the MC1 connector system, while we suggest to keep an upgrade to the MC2 system in mind.
